Resourcing Edge

Formerly known as Adec Solutions, Resourcing Edge enlisted Loudthought's services for a rename and rebrand in 2011. The firm had experienced record growth and President Ted Crawford felt that the Adec name failed to represent the company's services, nor was it reflective of the direction the company was headed in. Working through the Loudthought process, the executive team selected "Resourcing Edge". This new name exemplified the company's position as an innovative leader in the HR/Benefits marketplace. Our process also provided the company with a new tagline – Sharp people, sharp solutions – incorporating the core elements of their business and playing off the cutting-edge aspect of their new name.
